The planning efforts’ second community workshop will be held on Thursday, October 22, 6-8 PM at the Cheyenne Kiwanis Community House in Lions Park. The workshop will include a brief presentation summarizing work completed thus far including a review and assessment of Cheyenne's current walking environment, and draft project and program recommendations. Meeting participants will also have an opportunity to review maps and other exhibits showing suggested improvements, and offer additional ideas for enhancing the pedestrian environment around schools and throughout Cheyenne as a whole.
The workshop is the second of several public outreach events to be held throughout the projects’ duration. Stay tuned for more participation opportunities.
